Warehouse Operations Support / Utility
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and flexible Warehouse Operations Support / Utility associate to assist with daily warehouse operations across Dry, Cooler, and Frozen departments. This role supports receiving, stocking, replenishment, and operational coverage needs while maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or until completion
- During Day Shift vacation coverage weeks: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or until completion
- Overtime may be required based on operational needs, staffing shortages, or high-volume periods

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Receiving Department during employee call-offs, high-volume inbound days, and other operational needs
- Stock warehouse aisles and maintain product organization across assigned departments
- Support Night Shift replenishment operations
- Fill in for Day Shift vacations by operating and maintaining assigned aisles
- Perform daily put-aways in Dry, Cooler, and Frozen departments
- Sort, separate, and organize broken and usable pallets
- Train to receive freight, including load verification, documentation, and warehouse system procedures
- Operate forklifts safely while meeting productivity, quality, and idle-time expectations
- Maintain proper equipment care and follow all warehouse safety procedures
- Provide operational support in departments outside the assigned bid area when needed
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse and forklift experience preferred
- Ability to work in Dry, Cooler, and Frozen environments
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to lift, move, and stack product safely
- Flexibility to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Scheduling & Coverage Expectations
- Saturday receiving and/or stocking assignments may occur with little or no advance notice
- The company will first seek volunteers for Saturday work assignments
- If no volunteers are available, assignments will follow seniority guidelines
- The least-senior qualified operator may be required to work when coverage is needed

- Maintain warehouse productivity, quality, and safety standards
- Follow forklift operational guidelines and idle-time expectations
- Support overall warehouse efficiency and operational continuity
